Overview

Send a link to an invoice image (PNG/JPG) to the webhook. The agent extracts supplier, VAT number, dates, amounts and line items, suggests a booking category and checks its confidence. High-value or uncertain invoices are held for manual review and optionally notified in Slack; they are never forwarded automatically. Only clear invoices below your threshold are sent to your accounting webhook. Reviewers must book approved invoices manually.
